Job summary

Tiello LLC is seeking a Foreman for commercial construction projects across Tennessee, focusing on building envelope work. The role oversees field operations, coordinates crews and subcontractors, and ensures work aligns with project specs and safety standards.

The Foreman will read blueprints, manage day-to-day field activities, and mentor field personnel while maintaining strong client and team communication. Local work in Tennessee with no nationwide travel is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Foreman, Lead Foreman, or Senior Foreman in commercial construction.
• Experience with building envelope, façade systems, architectural panels, roofing, waterproofing, or related trades preferred.
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews on commercial construction and building envelope projects.
• Coordinate daily manpower, materials, equipment, and jobsite activities.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades as needed.
• Plan daily workflow and ensure proper project sequencing.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Conduct jobsite meetings and communicate project updates with Project Managers and Superintendents.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to project specifications.
• Perform quality control inspections and address field issues as they arise.
• Maintain daily reports, manpower tracking, material usage, and field documentation.
• Train, mentor, and develop field personnel while promoting a strong safety culture.
• Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Support commercial projects ranging roughly from $4M–$9M
