Job summary

Empire Roofing, Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Technician to diagnose, locate, and repair leaks in commercial roofing systems, including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope metal.

You will work under the service crew leader, perform maintenance and repairs, and interact professionally with customers across a variety of weather conditions and heights. This role requires leadership experience and a focus on safety and quality service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• A valid driver's license preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions.
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.
• Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.
• Technology savvy.

Responsibilities

• Removal and installation of all types of commercial roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope metal roof systems
• Roof maintenance and repairs
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed
