Job summary

Tecta America, Baltimore, a commercial roofing contractor, seeks a Commercial Roofing Service Technician to investigate, locate and repair leaks in EPDM, PVC, TPO, BUR and low-slope metal, and to manage roofing projects from start to finish with an emphasis on craftsmanship.

Requirements include 5+ years in commercial roofing, a valid driver’s license, ability to pass a background check and drug screen, and authorization to work in the United States; training is available for tablet use.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair roofs with BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC.
• Manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish.
• Ensure craftsmanship and safety.
• Work outdoors in extreme weather conditions.
• Climb ladders up to 60 ft and lift 50+ lbs.
