Job summary

Empire Roofing, Inc. seeks a Commercial Roofing Service Technician to inspect, locate, and repair leaks and defects on various commercial systems in Oklahoma City and Tulsa.

You will work under the service crew leader and contribute to maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance. The role requires 1+ years leading roofing crews, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and strong communication with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• A valid driver's license preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions.
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.
• Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.
• Technology savvy.

Responsibilities

• Removal and installation of all types of commercial roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope metal roof systems.
• Roof maintenance and repairs.
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed

You will be working under the service crew leader and investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, and low slope metal.
