Job summary

Tecta America Commercial Roofing is seeking a Part-Time Commercial Roofing Superintendent to supervise daily production crews across multiple sites in Texas. The role requires coordinating with the Productions Manager and Operating President, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and budget compliance.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of onsite roofing supervision, knowledge of BUR, TPO, EPDM, and PVC systems, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related experience in onsite commercial roofing production/supervision.
• Technical knowledge of BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC roofing systems.
• Basic blueprint reading and specifications.
• Ability to communicate with crews and superiors.
• Willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule.
• Clean driving record and ability to work on public projects.
• Lifting up to 100 pounds and ability to work in heights and various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Productions Manager and Operating President to optimize personnel distribution and material delivery.
• Travel to multiple sites to ensure safety, training, and quality standards.
• Ensure roofing installations comply with manufacturer specs and contracts.
• Use appropriate roofing materials and equipment for each job.
• Prepare and maintain required paperwork and documentation.
• Provide feedback to foremen on job performance.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain a capable commercial workforce.
