Tecta America in Amarillo, TX is seeking a Commercial Roofing Superintendent (Part-Time) to supervise daily activities of roofing production crews across multiple sites. You will schedule crews, resolve issues, ensure work on time and on budget, and enforce safety policies while communicating with customers, general contractors, and sub-contractors.
Responsibilities include coordinating with the Productions Manager and President, traveling to sites, verifying compliance with manufacturer

Position Objective
This position supervises and manages the daily activities of commercial roofing production crews at the specified project. Responsible to handle crew personnel scheduling, issue resolution and oversee the completion of jobs on time and on budget. Strict compliance and adherence to company safety policies. Daily communication with customers, general contractors and sub-contractors.

Working Conditions
Physical surroundings:Outdoor work with temperature extremes; unfinished construction sites having various elevations and sometimes rough and hazardous surfaces; occasional work with hazardous materials; exposure to noise.
Physical Effort: Extensive walking, working bent over, working on hands and knee, standing, frequent use of ladder or stair climbing, lifting up to 100 pounds.
Domestic Travel: Domestic travel is required
Hours: Mon- Fri 2pm - 7pm (hours are subject to change and dependent upon ongoing projects)
