Job summary

Tecta America Commercial Roofing seeks a Superintendent to lead and supervise commercial roofing crews and subcontractors on active projects. You will implement safety practices, read field manuals, and participate in project meetings, ensuring projects meet schedules and budgets.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of roofing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel to multiple sites.

Qualifications

5+ years of Commercial Roofing experience.
Ability to read and understand blueprints / shop drawings.
Ability to multitask on various tasks in a fast paced environment.
Ability to travel to and manage multiple job sites.
Strong interpersonal skills; oral and written communication skills.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise commercial roofing crews and subcontractors.
Read and understand project field manuals of various roofing systems and manufacturers.
Ensures company safety procedures are implemented and followed.
Attends and participates in project meetings.
Establish / maintain lines of communication with external and internal customers (GC’s, Building Owners, Owners Representatives, Consultants, Project Managers, Estimators, etc).
Ensure projects are completed in the most efficient manner to meet project schedules and budgets.
Ensures customer expectations are met or exceeded.
