Job summary

Eskola, LLC's Memphis, Tennessee branch is seeking a motivated Superintendent to lead roofing foremen, ensure safe and productive field operations, and uphold company standards for quality commercial roofing installations.

The role requires overseeing all aspects of new roof production and reroofing, representing the company professionally with clients, providing strong leadership to crews, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting and safety compliance on every project site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Certifications in roofing, safety, or construction management (e.g., OSHA 30-hour, Roofing Manufacturer Certifications, or equivalent) are preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing; Superintendent / management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site activities during installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems.
• Ensure projects finish on time, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Oversee and direct the work of Foreman, roofing crews, subcontractors, and other construction workers on the job site.
• Monitor daily progress and coordinate with the project manager to meet timelines.
• Maintain client communication and submit daily logs, progress reports, and change orders as needed.
