Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
• Roofing certifications or safety certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site roofing crews to install according to specs and safety standards.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols; conduct regular safety meetings and site audits.
