Job summary

Eskola, LLC, a Nashville, TN based commercial roofing contractor, seeks a Superintendent to lead foremen and crews on roofing installations and reroofing projects. You will drive safety compliance, ensure quality workmanship, and coordinate with project managers to meet schedule and budget goals.

You will manage daily site activities, review paperwork, communicate with clients, and mentor crews to maintain high performance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certifications in roofing safety (OSHA 30) or equivalent are preferred.
• Experience leading roofing crews and safety programs is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site roofing crews to safely meet project specifications and schedules.
• Oversee foremen, crews, and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Monitor safety, conduct site inspections, and enforce PPE usage.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients, providing regular progress updates.
• Maintain daily logs, reports, and change orders for project documentation.
