Job summary

Eskola, LLC's Memphis, Tennessee branch is seeking a motivated Commercial Roofing Project Manager to lead roofing projects for commercial clients. You will plan, coordinate, and execute projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence with high quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial roofing project management, strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore or MS Project. This in-person role includes standard business hours and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial roofing project management or a similar role.
• Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production activities for commercial roofing projects, ensuring schedule and industry standards.
• Develop and implement production schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
• Lead, train, and supervise on-site production teams, subcontractors, and support staff.
• Foster a collaborative environment emphasizing safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and adjust project budgets and schedules, coordinating procurement of materials and equipment.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure cost-efficient operations without compromising quality.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and suppliers to communicate timelines and progress.
• Maintain accurate project records and present progress reports to stakeholders.
