Job summary

Eskola, LLC's Hammond, Louisiana branch is seeking a motivated Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee and coordinate commercial roofing projects from initiation to completion. You will direct on-site production, manage budgets and schedules, ensure safety and quality, and report progress to stakeholders while collaborating with architects, engineers, clients, and suppliers.

The role requires strong leadership, proficiency with Procore and MS Project, and a proven ability to juggle

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial roofing project management or a similar role.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production activities for commercial roofing projects and keep work on schedule.
• Develop and adjust production schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
• Lead, train, and supervise on-site production teams and subcontractors.
• Foster safety, quality, and continuous improvement on all sites.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients and suppliers; provide progress reports.
