Job summary

gpac LLC is hiring a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to lead new roofing and re-roofing projects across the Baltimore-Washington region. You will own projects from award to closeout, coordinating crews, subcontracts, and material orders while maintaining schedules and budgets.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in commercial roofing project management, hands-on experience with TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen and metal systems, and proven communication skills. Travel to sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial roofing.
• Experience with TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen and metal roof systems.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial new roofing and re-roofing projects from award through closeout.
• Build and track project schedules, budgets and cost reports.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, material orders and deliveries.
• Review submittals, RFIs and change orders.
• Serve as the main point of contact for owners, GCs and building managers.
• Visit jobsites to check progress, quality and safety.
• Handle project documentation, warranties and final closeout.
