Job summary

Jobot is seeking a strong Project Manager to lead large commercial roofing projects across our nationwide portfolio. You will manage projects from award to closeout, maintain budgets and schedules, and coordinate with Superintendents and field leadership.

The role emphasizes client communication, documentation, cost forecasting, and safety compliance, with knowledge of TPO, PVC, Modified, BUR, coatings, and metal roofing preferred. A company vehicle/allowance and bonus are available.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial roofing projects from award to closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontracts, materials, and change orders.
• Collaborate closely with Superintendents and field leadership.
• Maintain strong client communication and job documentation.
• Forecast costs, track progress, and ensure quality + safety.
• Experience with TPO, PVC, Modified, BUR, Coatings, Metal preferred.
