Job summary

Tecta America Colorado LLC is seeking a Service Foreman in Denver, CO to lead the service crew in inspecting, locating and repairing leaks across various commercial roofing systems, ensuring top craftsmanship from start to finish. This role requires managing crews, coordinating safety, and communicating with customers throughout projects.

Ideal candidates will have 3–4+ years of leadership in commercial roofing, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds while performing duties

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• A valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions.
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.
• Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.
• Technology savvy.

Responsibilities

• Removal and installation of all types of commercial roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope metal roof systems.
• Roof maintenance and repairs.
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed
