Job summary

Tecta America Colorado LLC, based in Denver, CO, is seeking a Service Foreman to lead the service crew in inspecting, locating, and repairing leaks across BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, PVC, TPO, and slope metal roof systems. You will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring craftsmanship and safety.

Responsibilities include removing and installing various commercial roof systems, performing maintenance and repairs, coordinating with clients, completing required paperwork, attending

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• A valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions.
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.
• Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.
• Technology savvy.

Responsibilities

• Removal and installation of all types of commercial roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope metal roof systems.
• Roof maintenance and repairs.
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Manage commercial roofing crew, including completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed.
