Job summary

Tecta America Carolinas is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Lead to manage leaks repairs and oversee projects across EPDM, PVC, TPO, BUR and low-slope metal. You will lead crews from start to finish, ensuring craftsmanship and safety on every job.

Applicants should have 3–5 years of leadership in commercial roofing, a valid driver's license, and be able to pass background checks and a drug screen. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license; able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair roofs with commercial systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles).
• Able to work well in a team setting.
• Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling.
• Comfortable with climbing a ladder up to 60ft and being on a roof.
• Perform work to manufacturer's specifications with close attention to safety.
