Job summary

Tecta America Colorado LLC is seeking a Service Foreman in Denver, CO to lead the service crew through installations and repairs of BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and metal roofs.

Pay rate starts at $27+ per hour, based on experience, with travel to field sites and a strong emphasis on safety and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Manage crew, complete paperwork, attend meetings, and assist in training.

Tecta America Colorado LLC is a premier commercial roofing contractor based in Denver, Colorado, serving surrounding area customers and neighboring states. We specialize in the installation and repair of all types of commercial and industrial roofing systems, including re-roofs, metal roofing, roof coatings, preventative maintenance, inspections, and custom sheet metal fabrication.

We are currently seeking a Service Foreman in Denver, CO.

Pay Rate:$27+ Based on experience

Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Summary:

You will be the service crew's leader and responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, and low slope metal. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.

Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Responsibilities:

• Removal and installation of all types of commercial roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope metal roof systems
• Roof maintenance and repairs
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed

Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 3-4+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews
• A valid driver's license
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.
• Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.
• Technology savvy

Working Conditions:

• Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.
• Physical Effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders. Frequent lifting not to exceed 50 pounds
