The candidate should have 3+ years of commercial/industrial roofing experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to evaluate roof systems. A valid driver’s license is required; familiarity with Centerpoint is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in commercial/industrial roofing.
• Understanding of commercial roofing including architectural sheet metal, EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, and modified applications.
• Effective roof system evaluation, leak diagnostic skills, and problem-solving.
• Ability to communicate verbally and written.

Requirements

What we look for in new team members:

• 3+ years experience in commercial and industrial roofing
• An understanding of commercial roofing including architectural sheet metal, EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, and modified applications, willing to train
• Effective roof system evaluation, leak diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills a must
• Ability to communicate verbally and written
• Valid Driver's License is a must
• Centerpoint knowledge is a plus
