Job summary

CentiMark Corporation in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead a crew and supervise field applications. You will coordinate with the field supervisor and communicate with customers and management while ensuring safety policies are followed on site.

The role requires climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and willingness to travel or work weekends as needed; growth opportunities and a strong backlog support long-term stability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in Commercial Roofing.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs.

Responsibilities

• Will lead and train a crew of 5 to 6 people with field applications.
• Work with the field supervisor to communicate with customers and management.
• Responsible for paperwork, time sheets and ensuring CentiMark Safety Policies are being followed.
