Job summary

CentiMark Corporation in Baton Rouge is seeking an experienced Roofing Service Manager to lead and grow our service department. The role emphasizes commercial roofing expertise, supervision of two-man crews, and delivering exceptional customer service.

A base salary of $70k–$75k plus bonus and premier benefits is offered. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial roofing (sales preferred) and 2+ years in roofing service, with strong communication, leadership, and safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial roofing or commercial roofing sales is preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in commercial roofing service.
• Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience with EPDM, Acrylic, Single Ply, PVC and/or TPO is required.

• Marketing and developing the service department.

CentiMark Corporation is actively hiring an experienced Roofing Service Manager in Baton Rouge! The ideal candidate will have commercial/industrial roofing experience, leadership/supervisory experience, and provide exceptional service to our customers.

This role is paying a base salary of $70k - $75k plus bonus opportunity & premier benefits!

• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Experience with EPDM, Acrylic, Single Ply, PVC and/or TPO is required
