Job summary

CentiMark Corporation in Baton Rouge seeks an experienced Roofing Service Manager to lead and grow the service department. Ideal candidates have commercial roofing experience and proven leadership, and will provide exceptional customer service.

The role offers a base salary of $70k–$75k plus bonus opportunity and premier benefits, including two health plans, vision, life/AD&D, 401(k) with company match, ESOP, and a company vehicle with fuel card.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial roofing or roofing sales.
• 2+ years’ experience in commercial roofing service.
• Good knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience with EPDM, Acrylic, Single Ply, PVC and/or TPO.

• Scheduling and supervising two-man crews to optimize safety, service and quality.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.

CentiMark Corporation is actively hiring an experienced Roofing Service Manager in Baton Rouge! The ideal candidate will have commercial/industrial roofing experience, leadership/supervisory experience, and provide exceptional service to our customers.

This role is paying a base salary of $70k - $75k plus bonus opportunity & premier benefits!

Job Summary:

• Responsible for management/growth of service department

Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in commercialroofing or commercial roofing sales is preferred
• 2+ years’ experience in commercial roofing service
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Experience with EPDM, Acrylic, Single Ply, PVC and/or TPO is required
