The Lead Estimator is the senior authority responsible for estimating integrity, bid discipline, and preconstruction governance at Standard Roofing. This role owns how work is priced, qualified, and handed off to operations, ensuring that projects are executable, profitable, and aligned with the Company's operational capacity and risk tolerance.

This is not a volume-driven estimating role. It is a strategic risk-management and margin-protection role that serves as a critical gate between Sales opportunity generation and Operations execution.

Commercial Roofing Lead Estimator Objectives

• Protects gross margin at the front end
