Job summary

Executive Roofing Systems is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Sales Representative / Estimator in New Jersey. This role drives revenue through prospecting, inspecting roofs, estimating repairs, and presenting solutions to building owners and managers.

You will own the service sales process from initial lead through proposal, close, and handoff to operations, focusing on repairs, preventative maintenance, and recurring service agreements.

Qualifications

• Commercial roofing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in commercial roofing sales, service, estimating, or account management.
• Knowledge of roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, BUR systems.

Responsibilities

• Generate new commercial roofing service, repair, and maintenance opportunities.
• Prospect and develop relationships with building owners, property managers, facility managers, and decision-makers.
• Perform roof inspections, develop scopes, and estimate repairs.
• Prepare accurate estimates and complete proposals.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and close opportunities.
• Handoff sold work to Service and Operations.
