Job summary
Goodwin Tucker Group is seeking a Lead Refrigeration Install & Service Technician to lead installation projects, perform service and troubleshooting, and ensure safety and quality on every job. You will work closely with customers, project managers, and other technicians while mentoring apprentices and guiding field operations.

Qualifications
- Experience with commercial refrigeration systems installation, startup, and service.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read electrical and refrigeration schematics.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Responsibilities
- Lead and perform commercial refrigeration installation and replacement projects.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems and equipment.
- Read and interpret plans, schematics, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications.
- Lead installation crews and coordinate daily field activities.
- Ensure installations meet specifications and safety standards.
- Commission and start up new refrigeration equipment and systems.
- Mentor and assist less-experienced technicians and apprentices.
