Zaddy Solutions is seeking a Senior National Commercial Title Underwriting Counsel to lead underwriting guidance on complex commercial real estate transactions from New York. This hybrid role requires deep knowledge of title insurance standards, risk assessment, and cross‑functional collaboration with internal teams and clients nationwide.

You will interpret title underwriting guidelines, advise on transaction structure, and ensure regulatory compliance while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school is required.
• Active New York Bar in good standing.

Responsabilités

• Provide title underwriting support, counsel, and authorization to company personnel, agents, and customers, related to the issuance of real estate title insurance commitments and policies.
• Apply underwriting standards to assess risk and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance to internal teams on commercial real estate settlement services and transaction structure.
• Develop and communicate underwriting guidelines and best practices in alignment with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support efficient and successful transaction execution.
• Other duties as assigned.
