Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of commercial projects from buyout to closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, cost forecasting, and vendor negotiations to maximize profitability.
• Act as the primary point of contact for premier architects, engineers, and clients.
• Collaborate with Superintendents to ensure jobs finish safely, on time, and under budget.
