gpac is hiring a Project Manager in Pittsburgh to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects up to $15M. You will own budgets, schedules, and cost reporting, while coordinating with owners, architects, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality work.

The role offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $125,000 plus a full benefits package and opportunities for career growth in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years of experience in commercial construction management with a GC.
• Experience delivering projects up to $15M across diverse office, retail, healthcare, education, industrial or tenant improvements.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling and cost control skills.
• Experience managing subcontractors, RFIs, submittals and change orders.
• Excellent relationship-building with owners, architects, and trade partners.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own project budgets, schedules and monthly cost reporting.
• Buy out subcontracts and manage subcontractor performance.
• Partner with the field team to keep projects safe, on schedule, and on budget.
• Serve as the main point of contact for owners and design teams.
