Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial electrical projects from preconstruction through completion. You will lead scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and client relations to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and within budget.

This role demands strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving across Owners, GCs, engineers, and field teams.

Qualifications

• PM experience in electrical construction.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings/specs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial electrical projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and manpower forecasts.
• Coordinate with owners, GCs, engineers, vendors, and field personnel.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation.
• Review plans and contracts to ensure project success.
• Monitor progress and resolve budget/schedule issues.
• Support estimating and preconstruction as needed.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies/regulations.
• Conduct project meetings and provide status updates.
• Mentor site engineers, coordinators, and field teams.
