Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Project Manager – Commercial Construction for Jacksonville, FL. The role requires based in Jacksonville with travel along the East Coast and to Texas for project work.

You will manage commercial construction projects from kickoff through completion, overseeing schedules, budgets, documentation, and site progress while coordinating clients, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of combined construction/design-build experience with 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience with ground-up, healthcare, and clean-room construction.
• Proven success managing multimillion-dollar construction projects.
