Job summary

Cogentanalytics is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Plumbing Project Manager to oversee commercial plumbing projects from start to finish in North Royalton, OH. The role involves managing schedules, budgets, RFIs and close-out activities while coordinating with field crews, contractors and vendors.

The ideal candidate will have project management experience in construction or plumbing, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in construction or plumbing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bonus: experience in commercial plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Handle preconstruction steps, such as submittals, coordination and site visits.
• Manage project schedules, budgets and progress.
• Coordinate with field crews, contractors and vendors.
• Manage RFIs, change orders and impacts on job scope.
• Attend PM meetings; review plans/specs and ensure code compliance.
• Track costs, change orders and project documentation.
• Coordinate project close-out steps (punch lists, demobilization, manuals, AS-built).
