Job summary

Thompson Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Plumbing to lead commercial and industrial plumbing construction projects from planning through closeout. You will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.

This role offers opportunities to work closely with customers, field teams, engineers, and construction professionals while building long-term relationships and contributing to the success of a wide range of plumbing

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of construction experience with plumbing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and industrial plumbing projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop design alternatives and solutions with stakeholders.
• Prepare and review conceptual estimates, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, manpower plans, contracts, and quality control measures.
• Oversee day-to-day project activities and coordinate with architectural, engineering, and construction partners.
• Review project estimates, specifications, drawings, schedules, and scope requirements to meet objectives.
• Review and approve project billings, change orders, progress payments, and cost reports.
• Partner with field supervision to support safe, productive project execution.
• Lead project closeout activities, including punch lists, inspections, manuals, and final billing.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional Thompson Solutions Group services.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure customer satisfaction and promote the company’s full solutions.
