You will guide piping Foremen, Pipe Fitters, Mechanics, Apprentices, and Helpers, ensuring safe, efficient installations that meet contract documents and codes.

The role emphasizes coaching, quality workmanship, productivity, and coordination with PMs, Superintendents, and engineering teams across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial or industrial piping experience.
• 5+ years of piping field supervision experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, isometrics, and piping details.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; emphasis on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee piping field manpower across multiple projects to meet design, budget, and schedule.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to Foremen, Pipe Fitters, Mechanics, Apprentices, and Helpers.
• Review schedules and allocate manpower; lead preparatory and safety meetings.
• Ensure piping systems are installed to contract documents and codes; coordinate with other trades.
