Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing operations
• 2+ years as Plumbing Foreman leading crews on heavy commercial projects
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems installation
• Ability to manage teams of 8–10 and ensure productivity
• Multitasking with minimal supervision and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Plan procedures from specs, docs, BIM, and drawings to align staffing and schedules
• Assemble project teams across supervisory and clerical roles
• Perform a wide range of skilled plumbing tasks as a working Foreman
• Direct and coordinate with subcontractors to avoid delays and improve methods
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, inspectors, and vendors to resolve issues
