Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 7-10+ years of commercial construction project management experience, preferably with office, workplace, or interior build-out projects.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% based on business needs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial office construction projects from planning through completion, including new offices, renovations, relocations, and workplace improvement projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining schedules, budgets, scope, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, furniture vendors, technology teams, security partners, and other internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates, communicate key decisions, and elevate risks or issues that may impact schedule, budget, or operations.
