Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial office construction projects from planning through completion, including offices, renovations, relocations, and workplace improvements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with schedules, budgets, scope, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Partner with management, business units, and stakeholders to evaluate needs, locations, budgets, and feasibility.
  • Coordinate project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, furniture vendors, and internal partners.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation through the lifecycle.
