The role manages multiple projects and collaborates with business units, consultants, and contractors to deliver on schedule and budget while maintaining workplace standards. The candidate will coordinate teams, develop schedules and budgets, provide updates, and ensure documentation is complete from planning through closeout, including turnover

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
7–10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel approximately 20% based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Lead commercial office projects from planning through occupancy.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with schedules, budgets, and scope.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and internal partners.
Develop and maintain project schedules and documentation throughout the lifecycle.
Provide regular updates and escalate risks or issues affecting schedule or budget.
Oversee closeout activities including turnover documentation and warranties.
