The Farmer's Bank is seeking a Lead Commercial Loan Processing professional to manage a team responsible for originating and servicing commercial and agricultural loans. You will mentor staff, develop training processes, and ensure accuracy of loan documentation while maintaining compliance and audit readiness.

Responsibilities include coordinating closings, updating procedures, and communicating with loan officers, lawyers, and investors.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial Loan Processing team to align with department and company goals.
• Prepare and liaise for internal and external audits.
• Assist with loan closings as requested by loan officers.
• Test and update procedures as processes change and training occurs.
• Ensure proper documentation exists following approval.
• Communicate loan file status with Loan Officer and staff.
• Process closing documents using Finastra software.
• Coordinate with legal counsel to ensure closing documents meet specs.
• Process loan payments and SBA loans through electronic systems.
• Maintain knowledge of bank systems and applicable regulations.
• Document procedures and promote process improvements.
• Direct workflow with Laser Pro and test updates to adhere to compliance.
• Collaborate with vendors, loan officers, underwriters, and processors to implement best practices.
• Support customers and respond to audit requests; balance monthly accounts.
