Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on experience as a Commercial Refrigeration & Restaurant Service Technician.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
• Strong knowledge of ice machines, walk-in coolers/freezers, and case/ racks.
• Proficient in reading complex schematics and blueprints.
• Must hold registrations/licenses relevant to the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced controls installations, programming, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Diagnose and optimize performance of refrigeration and HVAC systems up to 20 tons.
• Disassemble/reassemble equipment to perform troubleshooting and planned maintenance.
• Provide frontline technical support and guidance to technicians.
• Coordinate subcontractors, conduct training sessions, and improve team performance.
• Manage multi-tech jobs and align work with project schedules.
• Review contract specs and assist with installation planning.
• Ensure safety and adherence to company vehicle policies.
• Maintain tools and inventory on service vehicles.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and explain work performed.
