Job summary

Woodward is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to support our Rock Cut Campus in Loves Park, IL. The role focuses on installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC systems across Level II and Level III responsibilities, delivering high-quality work hands-on with the facilities team.

Ideal candidates have EPA 608 certification, journeyman experience, and familiarity with maintenance of large HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, and monitoring software.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Certification or equivalent required
• Knowledge and experience in preventative maintenance of 800-ton chiller units, boilers
• Experience using and working with Trane HVAC monitoring system
• Journeyman experience

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain Commercial HVAC Systems: Executes the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems following established procedures and specifications.
