Qualifications

• Strong blueprint and spec reading ability.
• Experience leading crews or running projects in the field.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial HVAC installs from kickoff through final completion.
• Interpret plans, drawings, and submittals to guide execution.
• Coordinate with project managers, GCs, and internal teams.
• Plan labor needs and communicate with leadership weekly.
• Build material lists and support fabrication.
• Run jobsite safety meetings and maintain compliance.
• Keep projects on track with daily reporting and updates.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites.
