Team Bob’s Heating Cooling Plumbing seeks a Lead Commercial HVAC Installer to oversee on-site installation of commercial and industrial HVAC systems, ductwork and piping, ensuring compliance with project plans and specs.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years HVAC installation, 3+ years supervisory experience, and a valid driver's license; NATE certification preferred or obtainable within a year. Traverse City area, strong compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory and project management experience preferred.
• NATE Certification or obtain within 1 year of hire.
• Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead on-site installation of commercial/industrial HVAC systems, ductwork and piping.
• Ensure work aligns with project plans and specifications.
• Lead and mentor installation team; manage safety and quality.
