Mr. Holland’s Home Services is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to install and commission residential and light commercial systems in the Jackson, WI area. This on-site role requires 2–3+ years of HVAC experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to interpret blueprints and perform air balancing with precision.

Qualificações

• 2–3+ years of residential or light commercial HVAC service/install experience.
• Journeyman or Master Mechanical license preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsabilidades

• Complete residential and light commercial HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure all work complies with service standards, venting codes, and work instructions.
• Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and exceeding expectations.
• Read blueprints and diagrams to execute complex layouts and air balancing.
