Team Bob’s Heating Cooling Plumbing seeks a Lead Commercial HVAC Installer to oversee on-site installation of commercial and industrial HVAC systems, ductwork and piping, ensuring compliance with project plans and specs.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years HVAC installation, 3+ years supervisory experience, and a valid driver's license; NATE certification preferred or obtainable within a year. Traverse City area, strong compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of HVAC installation experience.
3+ years of supervisory and project management experience preferred.
NATE Certification or obtain within 1 year of hire.
Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Oversee and lead on-site installation of commercial/industrial HVAC systems, ductwork and piping.
Ensure work aligns with project plans and specifications.
Lead and mentor installation team; manage safety and quality.

We are in search of a talented and motivated Lead Commercial HVAC Installer to join our team! This role will oversee and lead the on-site installation of new commercial and industrial heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems, ductwork and piping systems according to the plans and specifications of each project.

Pay: Lead Commercial HVAC Installer Target Compensation $75k+, Top Pay for Top Talent

Compensation will depend on experience and will increase with skills and continued education. We are committed to providing the training and tools required to succeed!

Hours:

7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, occasional nights and weekends
