Airo Mechanical is seeking a Commercial Installer to lead installation of commercial HVAC projects under direction of the Project Manager. You will supervise installers, coordinate materials, and ensure quality installations while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• HVAC installation experience, especially in commercial settings.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations; Procore knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel and standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation projects for commercial HVAC as assigned by Project Manager.
• Provide leadership to Commercial Installers including directions, training and quality checks.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available and sequenced for installation.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure efficient and quality installations.
• Troubleshoot issues during installation and maintain safety compliance.
• Provide technical guidance to the labor force and ensure quality standards.
