Job summary
B&C Mechanical Services in Shawnee, Kansas seeks a Lead Commercial HVAC Installer Foreman to lead installation projects, mentor technicians, and uphold our faith-based, family-oriented culture. You’ll oversee rooftop units, VRF/VRV systems, ductwork, gas piping, and controls from start to finish, while coordinating with project teams to ensure quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
The role requires 8+ years of experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read construction
Qualifications
- 8+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience.
- Proven leadership experience leading crews and projects.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- EPA Certification.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial HVAC installation crews on new construction and remodel projects.
- Install and oversee rooftop units, split systems, VRF/VRV systems, ductwork, piping, vents and controls.
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and customers to ensure on-time, safe, compliant delivery.
- Train and mentor apprentices and junior installers.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety policies.
