Tech9 in the KC Metro Area seeks a Lead Foreman Installer to oversee commercial HVAC projects, including rooftop units, split systems, and VRV installations. The role requires reading submittals and blueprints, supervising installations, and coordinating with other trades to meet timelines and quality standards.

You will train and mentor junior team members while upholding safety and best practices across job sites. A proven foreman in commercial HVAC is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience as foreman in commercial HVAC construction and remodeling.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and submittals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage new construction and remodel HVAC projects.
• Install and supervise rooftop units, split systems, VRV systems, ductwork, and related components.
• Read and interpret submittals and blueprints; ensure work meets timelines and standards.
• Coordinate with other trades, maintain safety, and mentor junior staff.
