The role emphasizes coordinating projects from start to finish, maintaining schedule and budget, and ensuring safety and quality across retail renovations, hotels, and schools.

Qualifications

• Strong background in supervising commercial construction projects.
• Experience overseeing framing and drywall from start to finish.
• Ability to coordinate with project managers, architects, and general contractors.
• Must provide own basic tools and transportation to the site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate commercial framing and drywall projects from start to finish.
• Oversee the daily operations of the construction site.
• Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and GC to ensure project success.
• Review project plans and blueprints for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor safety regulations and OSHA standards on site.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts and change orders.
• Conduct regular inspections for quality control and adherence to specs.
• Resolve issues or conflicts during construction.
