Responsibilities

Supervise and direct crew members across all phases of drywall, framing, and ceiling work.

Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications to plan daily workflow.

Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades on site.

Ensure all work meets quality standards, building codes, and project timelines.

Conduct daily safety inspections and toolbox talks to maintain a safe job site.

Track material quantities, manage deliveries, and minimize waste.

Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget.

Mentor and train junior carpenters and laborers.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in drywall, framing, and ceiling installation.

Proven supervisory or foreman experience in a construction environment.
