Job summary

Rally Construction Group seeks a Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial projects, including interior build-outs, tenant improvements, and ground-up work. You will manage metal stud framing, drywall, and interior scopes from layout through final finish, coordinating subcontractors and field personnel from mobilization to closeout.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial construction with hands-on metal stud framing and drywall experience.
• Previous superintendent or field management experience on commercial projects.
• Able to read commercial plans, specs, and submittals and work to UL assembly requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations from mobilization through closeout.
• Oversee framing, hanging, finishing crews and coordination of subcontractors.
• Maintain look-ahead schedules and ensure interior work sequenced with other trades.
• Verify assemblies per plans, specs, and submittals; manage inspections.
• Document field changes and track productivity against budget.
• Train foremen and field supervisors; enforce OSHA safety on site.
